In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you submit a contact form on our website, schedule a meeting with us, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or otherwise contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us. It may include:

  • names
  • email addresses
  • phone numbers
  • company names
  • job titles
  • the content of messages you send us
  • meeting details you provide when scheduling a meeting (such as preferred date and time and any notes)

Sensitive Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, financial account information, health information, or biometric information). Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our website forms.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our website.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our website. This information does not by itself reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location (such as country or city, derived from your IP address), information about how and when you use our website, and other technical information. We use this information to maintain the security and operation of our website and for internal analytics and reporting.

We collect this information using the following tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC). Collects information about how visitors use our website, such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring websites, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies and runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation). Records how visitors interact with our website, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation, and uses this to create session replays and heatmaps that help us improve usability. Clarity masks text entered into form fields so that it is not captured in recordings. Clarity uses cookies and runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (provided by Google LLC). Protects our forms from spam and automated abuse by analyzing information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the page to determine whether you are a human. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply.

Location Data. We do not collect precise geolocation (such as GPS data). Our analytics tools may infer your approximate location (for example, country, region, or city) from your IP address.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We may collect limited business contact information from publicly available sources.

We may obtain business contact information, such as names, job titles, company names, and business email addresses, from publicly available sources such as company websites and professional networking sites, to update our records and for business development purposes.

  • Legitimate Interests. We may process your information where it is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights, for example to respond to business inquiries and to protect our website from spam and abuse using Google reCAPTCHA.
  • Legal Obligations. We may process your information where necessary to comply with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

  • If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse
  • If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
  • If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records
  • If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced
