Eleven advisers. The three largest by year-end AUM were Meridian Crest Capital LP at $4.21bn Item 5.F(2), filed 2026-04-14, Halvard Point Advisors LLC at $1.86bn Item 5.F(2), filed 2025-03-28, and Sable Ridge Partners LP at $1.12bn Item 5.F(2), filed 2025-03-31. Each crossed the threshold on the filing date shown, not on the fiscal date.
What did Meridian Crest report as its AUM on 2024-06-30, using only what was public on that day?
$2,940,000,000, from the annual amendment filed 2024-03-27 Item 5.F(2), filed 2024-03-27. The later figure of $3.38bn was not filed until 2025-03-29 and is excluded from a 2024-06-30 view.

Which advisers have never filed a disclosure event and manage more than three private funds?
218 advisers in the sandbox slice Item 11, Schedule D 7.B(1). Note the limit: the sandbox holds history from 2022, so “never” means since 2022. The full dataset answers from 2011.
What the sandbox does not do. It holds 10,000 of 15,900 current advisers and history from 2022, not 2011. It rate-limits at 60 queries an hour. It is enough to prove the quality of the preparation. It is not a substitute for a license.
